White Land and Mineral, Inc. is a third-generation oil family that was founded in 1987 from the Illinois Basin.  Now located in Mount Carmel, IN, three members of the family control most of operations. Brothers Shad and Mac White have over 50 years of combined experience in the oil and energy industry, and Joe White is a recent petroleum engineer from Missouri School of Mines '16.
